At Major Golf Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit for your game, you can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, headcovers, and adjustment tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our golf professionals inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
